I had a fantastic stay at this place! The location on the river bank in a quiet residential area was absolutely perfect. It provided a tranquil atmosphere and beautiful scenery. The room was spacious and clean, and I especially loved the terrace where I could sit and enjoy the view. The staff here were incredibly attentive and friendly, making sure I had everything I needed. The service was top-notch, with room service, car hire, and laundry services available. I also appreciated the variety of amenities provided, such as the mini-bar and ironing facilities. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

The pool and staff were nice. Breakfast was good with different options. The hotel is located close to some tourist spots and had a nice view from the rooms.

The insects were a big problem, especially the mosquitoes. There were too many of them and we had to use mosquito nets to sleep.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and caring which made us feel welcomed. We also loved the delicious breakfast, especially the omelet and fruits. One of the best things about this hotel was its location, as it was situated in a beautiful setting right by the river. We enjoyed spending time in the refreshing swimming pool too.

One of the worst aspects was that the hotel staff charged us too much for the tuk-tuk rides into town, which was higher than the standard rate in Sri Lanka. We also found that the safari arranged by the hotel was not up to our expectations and was underwhelming.
